Sofronis Sofroniou
President of
the Board
Dr. Sofroniou served as a Senior Advisor to the
President of Cyprus between 1988 and 1992. He is
co-founder and President of the University of Nicosia
(formerly known as Intercollege Cyprus) and a member
of the founding committee of the University of
Cyprus. He has over thirty five years of educational
experience at university level in the UK, USA and
Cyprus.He was the Former Vice-President to the
Cypriot community in the United Kingdom and former
member of the Board of the National Brotherhood
Federation of Cypriots. He is currently the Senior
Advisor to the Kykkos church of Cyprus. Dr. Sofroniou
is an honorary visiting member of the House of
Lords United Kingdom. |

private airline company which specialized in charter flights to the Middle East

an International Company offering Educational advice
to students worldwide and the founder of Focus
Human Resource Services, a specialized job recruitment
agency identifying and recruiting top Level Management
on a global scale. He is also the founder and President
of Sofron Distance Learning University Alliance,
a network of cooperating universities offering
distance learning degree's online.
He served on the Board of Directors of Ford and
General Electric in Cyprus. President of the Graduates
Association of the American Academy, Nicosia, a
prestigious private high school in Cyprus and is
a member of its Board of Governors. Vice President
and member of the executive committee of Digenis
Akritas Morphou, a premiership Football Club in
Cyprus. |

Mr. Paul Agathocleous holds a B.A. in Linguistics
and an M.A. in Education Management form Fairleigh
Dickinson and William Paterson University in New
Jersey, USA. His background includes; real estate
and land acquisition in Greece and the Balkans
and investment fund management, construction, sales
and marketing.
Mr. Agathocleous was the co-founder of Value Pack
- the largest direct marketing and mailing service
which was successfully sold in 2004 to a public
company listed in the Greek Stock Exchange. Mr.
Agathocleous also has the franchise rights to the
largest network of private schools and private
language institutes in Cyprus - Pascal Education.
Currently Mr. Agathocleous is the Group Director
of Smartbuy Group International and Operations
Manager of the Cyprus office and deals mainly with
international real estate funds, network of associates
in the Middle East, European investors and construction
and developing companies throughout the United
Arab Emirates.

Emmanuel Alexandrakis

Dr. Alexandrakis is an economist who combines a strong research and academic
background, with extensive applied business experience in the public and private
sector in Greece and internationally. Up to recently he had the responsibility
of managing administrative and economic affairs of the National Theatre of Greece,
from the position of the Associate Art Director. Before that, he managed OIKOS
NAFTOU, the state-owned health care and social policy organization for seamen
(with an annual budget of €160 million). Throughout his career he has served
in numerous positions as an advisor to the Greek government, with an emphasis
in investment projects and entrepreneurial matters.His experience includes research
in urban and regional development and real estate values in the United States
(Master Planned Communities, Golf Course Communities etc.).Recently, he was elected
as the Vice President of the Hellenic Regional Scientists Association, a non-profit,
