The object of the seminar was to inform the public on legal, financial, real estate and taxation issues, so participants can be fully and specifically informed on the subject.

Smart International Investments was established in 2004 and undertakes investments in real estate in Greece, England, Middle East and Eastern Europe. In Eastern Europe, the company is mainly activated in Bulgaria and the BURGAS area.

Dr. Sofronis Sofroniou, Chief Executive of Smart Group, opened the seminar by a short welcoming.

Then, Mr. Chris Sofroniou, member of the Board of Directors of the Company, made a general presentation of Bulgaria.

Afterwards, Ms. Praxoula Antoniadou presented the financial aspect followed by Mr. Georgi Grigorov, company’s legal advisor in Bulgaria, who presented the legal aspect.

Finally, the taxation aspect was addressed by Mr. Pieri Markou, member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte Auditing Firm.

At the end of the seminar a draw was held for a free guided tour in Bulgaria in the Company's next trip, which included an air ticket and a three-day stay in Burgas. The air ticket was offered by Top Kinisis travel agency.

The seminar was followed by a reception where participants had the opportunity to meet the speakers and the members of the Company’s Board of Directors in person.

At the exit, participants were offered Rodopi Bulgarian honey by Vassos Eliades Ltd.
